The data provided will be kept for as long as the business relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.

TARGET

DUKE CHEM, S.A.U. shall not transfer the data to third parties for the duration of the processing of the data of the interested party, unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

In the event that, for the performance of administrative, fiscal, accounting and/or commercial processing, the services of third parties are used, the mandatory data processor contract shall be duly formalized in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data subject’s data with regard to third parties.

RIGHTS

The interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were provided and to withdraw the consent given. You can also exercise your right to the limitation of processing, so that your data will not be deleted but the processing will be subject to limitations.
The exercises of portability and automation of decisions do not apply in this case due to the type of data and its processing.
